🚀 What You’ll Do:

Strategic Vendor Management: Identify market opportunities and develop strong partnerships. Negotiate competitive price lists, discounts, and SWAP agreements to ensure cost optimization.

Escalation Handling: Lead the resolution of operational and commercial escalations in collaboration with Assurance, Delivery, and Quoting teams.

Performance Monitoring: Track vendor KPIs and lead strategic meetings to drive action plans that enhance overall performance.

Contract Oversight: Onboard and validate new vendors, review and update coverage and contractual frameworks, ensuring quality and competitiveness.

Special Projects: Support cross-functional initiatives to deliver operational efficiencies and savings.

✅ What You Bring:

7+ years of experience in Carrier Relations or Vendor Management within the telecommunications sector.

Deep understanding of network infrastructure, commercial negotiations, and data analysis.

Fluency in English and Spanish (required).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency with metrics and cost modeling tools.
